The Court must know if there are any other court orders or court proceedings regarding the defendant in the order. IF THERE IS A DIVORCE PENDING AN ORDER OF PROTECTION MUST BE OBTAINED THROUGH THE PIMA COUNTY SUPERIOR COURT.

Upon your prepared statement, a review by the Judge and discussion with you regarding the matter, an Order of Protection may be given. There is no fee for the order. You may contact the court at (520) 917-1568 for more information.
